Warranty Policy:
(2) Two years on the electrical components listed in the owner's manual from the date of the invoice.
The warranty on electrical appliances covers only the electrical panel, buttons, screen, and motor.
Misuse is not included
(1) One month on mechanical components as listed in the owner's manual from the invoice date.
(3) If the second party (the customer) violates the terms or performs maintenance on the device without the knowledge of the administration, Saqr Fitness has the right to cancel the warranty and the second party has no right to claim anything from him.
If the product is under warranty, repair and maintenance will be the priority. If repair is not possible or the defect cannot be resolved, the product will be replaced based on an assessment of its condition. Replacement will only occur if repair is not feasible.
If a technician is sent to inspect the product at the customer's request, and the inspection reveals that the product is functioning normally, that the defect is not covered by the warranty, or that the report is incorrect, the customer shall bear the technician's visit and transportation fees and any additional costs incurred for the inspection or service.
