The shipping cost is calculated based on the product's weight.
2- Shipping companies ship to the customer's area and receive the goods from the branch in cartons.
Shipping is calculated per carton; the shipping fee is fixed regardless of whether the carton is small or large.

Order processing time:
Orders are processed and shipped immediately within 48 hours.

- Within Riyadh: 2-3 working days.
- Outside Riyadh: 3-5 working days.
Shipping time is calculated from the time the shipping company receives the order.
These timeframes are approximate and may increase or decrease depending on the circumstances, the products required, and the shipping company chosen, especially during sales periods and holidays.

The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the address, and bears all fees imposed on the store due to entering the address incorrectly.
Orders shipped using the discount code will only be shipped via Aramex.

In the case of product maintenance under warranty for customers outside Riyadh, the customer will bear the shipping cost to our maintenance branch in Riyadh.

If a customer returns a product to the store after purchase indicating a manufacturing defect, and after inspection by a technician it is found that the customer did not know the correct installation method, the customer is responsible for the shipping and return costs.
