The shipping price is calculated based on the weight of the product.
2- Transportation companies ship to the customer’s area and receive from the branch in the box.
It is calculated by the carton. The shipping amount is fixed, whether the carton is small or large.
3- Delivery by a private representative (within Riyadh only)

* Order processing time:
- Preparing and shipping orders immediately within less than 48 hours
* Shipping time (calculated from the day the shipping company receives the order):
- Within Riyadh 2-3 working days.
- Outside Riyadh 3-5 working days.
- The shipping period is calculated from the time the shipping company receives the order.
These times are approximate and may increase or decrease depending on the circumstances, the products requested and the shipping company chosen, especially during sales and holiday periods.

The customer is fully responsible for the accuracy of the address, and bears all fees imposed on the store due to entering the address incorrectly.

In the event of product maintenance under warranty for customers outside Riyadh, the customer will bear the cost of shipping to our maintenance branch in Riyadh.

If a product arrives from the customer to the store after the sale, and it is stated that it is a manufacturing defect, and after inspection by the technician, it is found that the customer did not know the correct installation method, he shall bear the cost of shipping and returning it to him.
