Product return, exchange, and delivery timeframe policy:
-The product must be in its original condition and packaged in cardboard as it was when it arrived.
- Exchange within 7 days of the purchase date.
Returns are accepted within 3 days of the purchase date.
-The refund will be processed by returning the money to the same payment method used when making the purchase.
No refund requests will be accepted if the allowed period has passed.
Correcting an error in an order is acceptable if the customer notifies the store management within 24 hours of the time of dispatch.
- The store management commits, in the event that no specific delivery period is agreed upon, that the delivery period shall not exceed 15 days from the date of order confirmation and invoice issuance.

Original invoice
The product must be in its original, unused condition, with the price tag and brand label attached, and must include the box or packaging containing the product.
We will inspect the returned product. If no damage due to misuse is found, you will receive a refund using your preferred method. You will receive a response within 7 days of our team receiving the returned product.
If, during the inspection process, it is found that the product to be returned is free from the reason mentioned in your request, the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you.
Exceptions not covered by the return and exchange policy:
- Malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse.
-The serial numbers of the device, the original carton, the colors, or any other appearance do not match the product as received during the purchase process and as recorded in the purchase invoice.

Who bears the costs of replacement and return?
If you receive a product other than the one you ordered, we will cover the shipping and return costs.
If there is no fault or defect in the product but you no longer want it within the allowed return period for some reason, we are happy to serve you by replacing the product, but the site will not bear the shipping and return costs.
Fitness equipment only:
Fitness equipment cannot be returned after delivery/installation.
In the event of a defect or malfunction in the product, our website will replace the product free of charge within three (3) days. from Delivery date: Three days after the delivery date, the product will be under warranty for electrical appliances only.
Delivery fees are non-refundable after delivery is complete.
Accessories:
Returns are accepted within three (3) days and exchanges within five (5) days of the delivery date.
During sales and promotions, returns are accepted within one (1) day and exchanges are accepted within three (3) days of the delivery date.

How do I send the product to Saqr Sports ?
We will arrange a pickup time for the product you wish to exchange or return within 3 days of your request. We will attempt to collect it from you at the specified time. If we are unable to collect the product by the agreed-upon date, we will cancel your exchange or return request.
What if the customer refuses to accept the order?
