Time period policy for return, exchange and delivery of products:
-The product must be in its original condition and wrapped in cardboard as it was when it arrived.
- Replacement within 7 days from the date of purchase.
-Return within 3 days from the date of purchase.
-The refund is done by returning the amount to the same payment method used when purchasing.
-No refund requests will be accepted if the permitted period is exceeded.
- Correcting an error in the order is acceptable if the customer informs the store management within 24 hours from the time of sending.
- The store management is committed, in the event that there is no agreement on a specific period for delivering the product, that the delivery period shall not exceed 15 days from the date of confirming the order and issuing the invoice.
Product return or exchange policy:
Original invoice
The product must be in its original condition, unused, with the price tag and brand name, and the box or envelope containing the product must be brought.
We will inspect the product to be returned. If there are no damages resulting from misuse, the value of the product will be refunded in a manner that suits you. The response will be within a maximum period of 7 days from the receipt of the returned product by the specialized team
If during the inspection process it is found that the product to be returned is free of the reason mentioned in your request, the value will not be refunded and the product will be returned to you.
Exceptions not covered by the return and exchange policy:
- Malfunctions and damages resulting from misuse.
- The serial numbers of the device, the original carton, the colors or any other appearance do not match the product when received during the purchase process and as stated in the purchase invoice.

Who bears the costs of replacement and return?
If you receive a product that is not the one you ordered, we will cover the shipping and return costs.
If there is no error or defect in the product but you no longer want it within the permitted return period for some reason, we will be happy to serve you by replacing the product, but the site will not bear the shipping and return costs.
Fitness equipment only:
Fitness equipment cannot be refunded after delivery/installation.
In the event of a defect or malfunction in the product, our website will replace the product free of charge within three (3) days. from Delivery Date After three days from the date of delivery, the product will be under warranty for electrical appliances only.
Delivery charges are non-refundable after delivery is completed.
Accessories:
Return within three (3) days and exchange within five (5) days from the date of delivery.
During sales and offers, returns are allowed within one (1) day and exchanges are allowed within three (3) days from the date of delivery.

How to send the product to Saqr Sports ?
We will arrange a pick-up time for the item to be exchanged or returned within 3 days of placing the order. An attempt will be made to pick it up from you on a specific date. If we are unable to pick up the item on time, we will cancel the exchange or return request.
If the customer refuses to receive the order?
The shipping company will return the product to us and the site will not bear the shipping and return cost and it will be deducted from the customer.
