Delivery and installation:

• We promise to deliver your product within 6 to 10 working days unless there are emergency matters or precautionary measures taken by the state.

• Delivery fees and installation fees apply as per company policy.

• Delivery service is available to all cities in the Kingdom.

• The device installation service is currently available in the following cities (Riyadh) and other cities will be added soon.

• Saqr Fitness has the right at any time and for any reason to stop providing the delivery service without any responsibility towards the company.

Refunds and exchanges:

• Fitness equipment cannot be refunded after delivery/installation.

• In the event of a defect (malfunction) in the product, Saqrfitness will replace or repair the product free of charge within three to (6) days from the date of delivery.

• Delivery and installation fees are non-refundable after completion of delivery
• After installing the Home Gym, if he wants to return the product, he will be responsible for the cost of the service of disassembling and installing the device

• If a product arrives from the customer after the sale to the store, explaining that it is a manufacturing error, and after examination by the technician, it turns out that the customer did not know the correct installation method, he will bear the cost of shipping and returning it to him.
